Organise PDF Pages

Rotate, delete, duplicate and reorder pages on one canvas.

About Organise PDF Pages

A visual page organiser: see every page as a thumbnail, drag to reorder, rotate individually or in bulk, duplicate, and delete what you do not need. Everything is one undoable editing session ending in a single download.

Most page problems are easier to see than to describe. Reordering, rotating and deleting are all the same job — deciding what the finished document should contain — and doing them one tool at a time means saving and reopening the file between each step.

Every page appears as a thumbnail. Drag, rotate and remove, then export once.

  • Processed on your deviceEverything you open or type here is handled by this page and never uploaded anywhere.
  • No queue, no limitsNothing waits on a server, so the only limit is your own hardware.
  • No account neededNo sign-up and no email address required.

How Organise PDF Pages works in your browser

Thumbnails are rendered by PDF.js at a small scale, which is why a long document previews quickly: the pages are drawn at preview size rather than full resolution.

Your edits are recorded as a plan — this page moves here, that one is rotated, this one goes — and nothing is written until you export. At that point pdf-lib builds the output by copying the pages you kept, in the order you put them, with the rotations you set.

Because the export copies pages rather than re-rendering them, the result is lossless no matter how much rearranging you did. The thumbnails are a picture of the page; the exported document contains the original.

When to use it

  • Cleaning up a scanned batch: dropping blank separator sheets, turning the pages that went in sideways, and putting two documents back in order.
  • Assembling a submission where the pages exist but the order was never right.
  • Removing internal pages from a report before it goes outside the organisation.
  • Reviewing a long PDF page by page when you are not sure what is in it.

Frequently asked questions

Can I undo a mistake?

Yes. Reordering, rotating, duplicating and deleting all happen in one editing session with full undo, and nothing is written until you export.

Can I duplicate a page?

Yes. Any page can be copied within the document, which is useful for repeating a cover sheet or a terms page across a compiled pack.

Does rearranging break links or form fields?

Page content, fonts and annotations move with their page. Links that point to a specific page number may need checking after a large reorder.
