About Reorder PDF Pages
Rearrange a PDF by dragging page thumbnails, or reverse the whole document in one click. Useful for fixing double-sided scans and for re-sequencing merged reports.
Pages arrive in the wrong order more often than they should — a scanner that fed the stack backwards, a merge done in the wrong sequence, an appendix that belongs at the end.
Drag the thumbnails into the right order, or reverse the whole document in one click.

How Reorder PDF Pages works in your browser
Reordering does not move anything inside the file while you work. You are rearranging a list of page indices, and only on export does pdf-lib copy the pages into a new document in the order that list now describes.
That is why reordering is instant even on a document of several hundred pages, and why it is completely lossless: no page is re-encoded, re-rendered or altered in any way. Each one is copied exactly as it was, into a different position.
Reversing is the same operation applied to the whole list at once, which is the fix for the single most common cause of a scrambled scan — a document-feeder stack loaded the wrong way up.
When to use it
Fixing a scan that came out back to front. Moving an appendix or a signature page to where it belongs. Correcting a merge where the files were added in the wrong sequence. Putting a document into reading order before sending it to someone who will print it double-sided.
Frequently asked questions
How do I fix a double-sided scan?
Scanners often produce all fronts then all backs. Drag thumbnails to interleave them, or reverse the whole document in one click if the order is simply backwards.
Is there a faster way than dragging every page?
Reversing the entire document is a single action. For anything more complex, dragging the few pages that are wrong is usually quicker than moving them all.
Does the content change?
No. Pages are re-sequenced intact — the same fonts, images and text, in a different order.
